Falcon Tenders Wins 2025 Design & Manufacturing Award
Falcon Tenders has secured the Design & Manufacturing Award at the 6th European Technology Awards, held on 25th November at The Westin Excelsior in Rome, Italy. The annual award highlights standout achievements across design, innovation, engineering, and sustainability, with companies from a broad range of sectors competing for top honours.

The Southampton-based, British builder was recognised ahead of all entrants in its category for its forward-thinking approach to bespoke superyacht tender construction. The judging panel cited Falcon Tenders’ blend of artisanal craftsmanship, advanced composite manufacturing, sustainable engineering practices, and meticulous detailing. The accolade reflects the company’s overall design and manufacturing capability rather than a single project.
“This award recognises the integrity of our engineering and the innovation embedded in every tender we produce,” said Mark Pascoe, founder of Falcon Tenders. “Having this accolade boosts our international brand awareness beyond a ‘marine niche’ and demonstrates our competence in design, technology, manufacturing, and innovation at a broader European industry level.”
Operating with more than 2,000sqm of purpose-built composite manufacturing facilities in Southampton, Falcon Tenders’ specialist team brings more than 150 years of combined experience and has delivered over 200 bespoke builds. The shipyard does not produce series-built models, with every tender designed and constructed entirely from scratch to meet an owner’s individual brief.
“Every Falcon tender is a one-off, and this accolade validates the craftsmanship and precision behind that approach,” Pascoe added. “The award isn’t just for a single model, it recognises the company as a whole for its design and manufacturing capabilities and is a testament to our team and to the standard we set for ourselves.”
Falcon’s sustainable technologies also contributed to its win. The company incorporates hybrid diesel-electric propulsion for silent, emission-free harbour operation, along with responsible materials including bio-based epoxy resins and certified-traceability leathers. “Sustainability enhances our luxury,” said Pascoe. “This award is a strong signal that we adhere to the highest standards, as acknowledged by independent, cross-industry peers, both within and outside of the yachting industry. Our clients want exceptional performance and beautiful design, but they also expect responsible technology. We are proud to lead that conversation.”
The recognition follows Falcon Tenders’ recent success at the Boat International Design & Innovation Awards 2025, where its Custom Limousine Tender Project KD claimed Tender of the Year, strengthening the shipyard’s profile at both product and organisational levels.
